As you know by now, Scott McClellan has a new book out
called, "What Happened". In that book, he places the blame on Karl Rove, Scooter Libby and Dick Cheney for the Valerie Plame cia leak. Karl Rove, since he has left the white house, is now employed by Fox Cable News as a contributor. No shock there. Fox News = Government Anyway, Scott is suppose to be interviewed by Bill O'Really < -- LOL tonight, so this ought to be good. I normally don't watch fox but i will tonight to see how billo tries to rip scott apart. What would be the kicker is if Karl Rove is there to add insult to injury. Don't get me wrong. I believe some of what Scott says but i also believe he was more involved in all of this than what he is saying. Just like i know bush was more involved then what scott is saying. There is no real proof of what really happened. It's scotts word against the white house word but i'd like to know what you guys think about this. |

I guess I'll be tuning into the factor tonight to see how it all goes down.
I haven't read or heard much about the book, but I wonder what Scott's views and positions are now that he's not the White House Press Secretary, and where those views lie in relation to the grand scheme of things, neo-cons agenda, etc. |

All i know so far about scott is that he said he was given
false information that he was suppose to pass on the reporter. He said the he got caught up in the white house spin just like all the rest of them idiots. Idiot is my word. |

Just finished watching the interview and I have to say it was pretty entertaining
.Based on what I picked up off the interview, Bill wasn't really interested in discussing the book, but focused more on who was reading and enjoying the book (aka the far-left, according to him), who were having a"Bush bashing field Day". So to sum it up, I didn't really get an effective idea of what he's discussing in the book, other than Scott giving "his opinion" on specific issues (aka the Iraq war, Katrina, etc.). Not that I'm surprised by the outcome of the interview though. |

Well. Like i already pointed out, Fox News = Government but
i though billo would have at least yelled at him once. Bill was actually pretty nice to scott. If it had been anyone else, bill would have threatened to kick their butt or something. You are right. Bill concentrated more on who was reading the book than it's contents. He didn't like the fact that all the bush haters were reading the book. I must admit though, scott held his ground really good with bill. That tells me scott really believes what he wrote is a true account of the goings on in the white house. I wish i could talk to scott. I have a few questions of my own. |
