Looks like cheney never left Halliburton after all. He has allowed
Halliburton to infiltrate many area's of government, inside the white house and has corrupted everything they touch. SueAnn Arrigo's Explosive Revelations: Exposing Pentagon and CIA Corruption -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nancy Pelosi threatened the removal of Michigan Rep. John Conyers from his chairmanship of the House judiciary committee if an impeachment inquiry were even opened, according to reliable congressional chatter. It seems to me that nancy isn't protecting our constitution by continuously blocking all impeachment proceedings. Can Nancy Pelosi single-handedly take impeachment off the table? - By Bruce Fein - Slate Magazine |

The voters gave the Dems a chance in 2006 to change and the've done absolutely nothing. Almost makes you feel ashamed for what's going on in Washington. As long as this two-party system remains in place, we'll never have true representation in Congress nor the rest of the Government for that matter, putting "themselves" ahead of the people they supposedly represent. |

The party lines aren't blurred imo. They have become one and the same.
Nancy Pelosi is just as guilty as the rest of congress when it comes to taking bribes and payoffs from their corporate buddies. I just find it hard to believe that Halliburton is allowed to roam the white house and interfere with cia matters and not one congressman is saying a word. I believe Ron Paul to be a rightous guy and yet he has said nothing. I don't understand that. By the way, ron paul officially dropped out of the presidential race today. |

. He said he wouldn't run as an independent if he wasn't nominated too. Hilary conceded too a few days back, so it looks like it'll be Obama vs. McCain in the upcoming pres. election. |

Basically, congress is acting as if they are all one party now.
If there is something that needs addressing and it is for the betterment of the people, congress votes it down. You'll have one side saying stuff about something needed so bad for the people (example - health care), while the other side tells everyone how it isn't needed and then both sides vote it down. Like you say, congress is an illusion now and nothing more. It's absolutely amazing how they are so against the war, yet they continue to vote up the funds for it. It totally blows my mind. I had also heard that there's a possibility that if obama get elected president, he will be shot dead and hillary will take his spot. I can't remember where i heard that at. Maybe here or somewhere else but it's only one of many rumors floating around. Still though, i could see that happening. |

Either way, I don't think he'll choose her, Obama will focus on a section of the county is base is missing. I'd say the South, so I'm guessing he'll select Edwards, but it's really anyone's guess at this point in time. |
