Everyone believes that when a wolf howls at the moon that they are just being parinoid and wierd. This is not the case. When a wolf (or domestic dog for that matter) howls (wether it's at the moon or not) it is just a form of communication. Their just saying "hey, I'm lonely, come over here and find me".

You going to love me dude, but can you give me a source? Not that I'm questioning your theory, as I also believe this aswell. But if you give a source or something to back up your theory, it will stop many people in their tracks and also strengthens your theory.

I think this is just a misconception.
Wolves howl for many reasons when they are active, which is most often at night. That's probably where the idea of howling at the moon was made. |
