The Psychology of Conspiracies

I think that it can be agreed upon that the vast "majority" of people find most conspiracy theorists kooky crackpots or insane lunatics.

But what I'm delving at is something deeper. I'm attempting to look at the root of WHY so many people dismiss conspiracies as crazy theories.

You know who I'm talking about...

• The people who mock theories (like those who say "oooooooooh" and making wiggling motions with their hands and fingers)
• Or the ones that just roll their eyes at the mere thought of an alternative to wide-known truth and knowledge.

Are regular people afraid of ridicule? Upsetting the people in charge? Or are they just genuinely disinterested in them?

This is a very good topic to talk about and i would like to
add my two cents to it.

First off, i just added another post to my "Dumbing Down of America"
thread. The second video i posted there explains my views on this as well.

It is my belief that so many people are affected by all the hazardous
chemicals being added to our water and food supply that people are
just to docile or uncaring about what goes on in the usa or the world.

Not to mention the fact that as children, we all were injected with some
type of vaccine that contained a mercury based preservative in it.

Mercury as you may or may not know, immediately starts working on
your brains neurons by destroying them.

Neurons are cells that send and receive electro-chemical signals to and
from the brain and nervous system.

Without these, we are pretty much made docile, not caring about much
of anything except important stuff like americon idol and stuff
of this nature.

We tend to worry about what goes on in holly-wood than we do in our
government.

As I've stated before, a lot of people are just to damned lazy to do any
research into anything and would rather sit there and call someone an
idiot rather than check the facts themselves. It's just to much trouble
for them to involve themselves in such trivial things i guess.

It's really funny though how we americans are so ready to believe every
lie our government has told us without researching it first but when
someone comes along and tells the public that everything the government
told them was a lie, they jump down your throat, threaten your life and
anything else they can think of. This is even after the proof was shown to
them. They would still rather believe a lie than the truth. The truth must
really hurt.

For the most part though, i'd saying the root cause of this is because
of all the chemicals that we are being force fed. If our brains are messed
up then so i our thought process.

Even though some of it may be caused chemical imbalances, water contamination, etc. it isn't 100% foolproof obviously (as demonstrated by the existence of people like us). So I have to think that there's more to it than just a purely scientific reasoning behind our thought patterns.

I think our thought patterns are sometime scrambled to. I have
no proof of this but i'd be looking really close at project haarp
for now on.

If there is enough power in that to create earthquakes then who's
to say it can't mess with our minds.

So who (or what) exactly scrambled them?

Also, another important question I feel should be asked here is WHEN have they been messed with? We didn't exactly have this kind of technology during the 18th century for example (or did we........... )

I know our government has the ability to mess with our minds
by means of drugs and electronic devices. I was thinking that haarp
could do this to.

I just posted some videos in the Paranormal forum called Dr Deagle.
These videos may explain some of the things that could possibly
happen to the people of the world, including mind control.

Drugs are a much more believable mind-controlling tool to me than electronics are. I think electronic devices are more along the lines of "influencing" the mind rather than carrying out direct orders of some sort in the way drugs would act.

But stlll......
They obviously can't affect everybody, given there's skeptics in just about every field, including government accountability.

I wonder if the physiology of our brain structure since we were born gives us some idea of why we perceive the world differently than most people.

Our brain are nothing more than neural electrical impulses so i
believe an electrical device could be used to control people.

I've heard that flashing lights and sound waves can do this to
people but this has to be done, one on one. Doing it that way
would take to long so i believe the government is looking for a
way to do this to the masses with one shot - via project haarp.

I may be wrong by the way they do it but i know it can be done.

Your right, in that this may not affect everyone and if they go ahead
with that mass mind control plan, they already know not all people
will be affected.

In that case, i would say that the government would have to hunt
these people down and either use drugs to control them or kill them.

I'm not sure what you were trying to say with that last sentence
but i'll take a crack at it.

I assume your talking about how americans perceive the world?

How we perceive the world probably comes from how our media
reports world news to us. Obviously, since we can't be in all these
different places in the world to see for ourselves how the world
really is, we rely on the media to tell us how those area's of the world
are.

So if the media is reporting on the current wars going on, most people
believe everything that is being spoon fed to them because they don't
know any different.

I'm not sure what you meant by "We" in that last sentence so just
in case you meant us (the forum members), maybe we just opened
our eyes for the first time in years and see what is really going on.

We know something is very wrong and maybe this is our way of fighting back.

I think that is not so much the chemicals, but the schooling that kids go through. Schools were made to train our kids to think that people who have alternate theories on things are crazy. Ask any kids and they will say that.

That is why I REALLY REALLY REALLY DO NOT LIKE SCHOOL!

I beg to differ with you on the chemicals thing.

Just from me observing small children today, many of them
seem really slowed down in the head and a lot of them are
really hyper and easy to anger.

Although kids in my day were no angels, kids today are really
out of touch with themselves.

I'm not going to say this is all because of the chemicals in our
bodies but i bet it has a lot to do with it.

The government is starting a program, if it isn't law yet, where
kids flu shots are mandatory and if the parent refuse, they go to
jail and the kid get the shot anyway.

You can't set there and tell me our government is so worried
about kids getting the flu that they force the flu shot on them.

Check out youtube if you haven't yet and search for flu shots
or the dangers of flu shots and then come back and tell me what you think. Better yet, try searching for vaccines. That should also
bring up something.

We honestly have NO WAY of knowing what gets put into our food and medicines and everything else. For all I know, they're putting unidentified chemicals into my multivitamins without my knowledge.

With all the government programs and agencies created (FDA, EPA, etc.), how could they not pass up the opportunity to do something to it?

I think it's suspicious too when they government makes things like flu shots "mandatory". Not only is there no cure for the common cold (yet), but it's OUR health.

I say if people don't want flu shots for themselves or their kids, or whatever else, then the gov't should force people too, it's their right.

Just to clarify, it is the british government forcing these flu shots
right now but you know america will follow the british.

What i don't understand is the fact that all doctors know, for a fact, that mercury is very bad for healthy brain cells, yet they continue
injecting people with this toxic poison anyway.

Mercury is used as a preservative in many if not all vaccines.

The amount injected at the time may not be enough to cause
any real harm but it the continuous use of it that worries me.

Year after year, people get injected with the flu shot and i believe
this mercury builds up in your body and over time, it begins
destroying brain cells.

There have been cases where kids get their flu shot and with-in
the year, the kids develops autism. You can't tell me that mercury
based shots had nothing to do with it.

Here are 6 reasons to avoid getting a flu shot.

1.There is absolutely no evidence that flu shots actually work. The flu shot is only able to protect against certain strains of the flu, so if you come into contact with a strain that you are not protected from, then you will still get the flu. This is in fact not uncommon. In 2004, The National Vaccine Information Center reported that the vaccine given that year did not contain the flu strain that caused the majority of flu outbreaks that year. A study published in the Lancet in August revealed that there was no correlation between the flu shot and reduced risk of pneumonia. Further, a large study of 260,000 children between 23 month and 6 discovered that the flu vaccine is no more effective that a placebo. This was reported in
the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews.

2. The flu vaccines, as well as all other vaccines contain mercury, which is a seriously health compromising heavy metal. Vaccines contain Thimerosal, which is made up of mercury. The amount of mercury contained in a multi-dose flu shot is 250 times higher in mercury than what is legally classified as hazardous waste.

Side affects of mercury toxicity are vast and include depression, memory loss, attention deficit disorder, anger, oral cavity disorders, digestive disorder, anxiety,
cardiovascular problems, respiratory issues, thyroid and other glandular imbalances, and low immune system
to name a few.

3.The flu vaccines contain antibiotics such as neomycin, polymyxin B and gentamicin which are added to eliminate stray bacteria found in the mixture. Evidence shows that antibiotics wipe out beneficial bacteria that is needed for optimum health. Antibiotics ironically lower the immune system and cause Candida overgrowth.

4.Vaccines contain Polysorbate 80 as an emulsifier. This highly toxic agent can seriously lower the immune system and cause anaphylactic shock which can kill. According to the MSDS sheet at Science lab.com, section 11, polysorbate 80 may cause reproductive effects, cancer, and may be a mutagenic, (change the genetics), in animals. According to PubMed.Gov, neonatal rats that were injected with small doses of polysorbate 80 had
serious damage to their reproductive organs, often resulting in infertility. Imagine that they are
recommending this for young girls! It’s no wonder that the infertility rate is skyrocketing each and every year.

5.There is growing evidence that flu shots cause Alzheimer’s disease due to the aluminum and formaldehyde combined with mercury since they are even more toxic together than they are alone. Some research suggests that people who received the flu vaccine each year for 3 to 5 years had 10 times greater chance of developing Alzheimer’s disease than people who did not have any flu shots.

6.With so many potential side effects, it seems clear that the flu shot is potentially dangerous while not making a difference anyway.

In addition, it is also completely unnecessary. Everything that we need to enjoy amazing health is right here on planet earth. Nothing man made is ever, ever needed in order to ward off illness and live vibrantly. Here are some powerful ways that you can ensure you don’t get the flu
this year without injecting yourself with the extremely toxic flu shot:

·Make sure that you get plenty of sunshine over the winter research continually indicates that the winter flu is often a result of vitamin D deficiency from lack of sun. If you live in a place without sunshine, take cod liver oil, find a place that offers sunshowers (natural tanning beds), and if it is sunny go outside as much as you possibly can no matter how cold it is. Raw, unpasteurized milk is another vitamin D abundant food.

·Exercise, exercise, exercise! When you get out and get your body moving, you are much less likely to get sick. Yoga, for example is a fabulous way to get fit, relieve stress and boost the immune system.

·Eat plenty of immune boosting foods such as garlic, vitamin C containing fruits and fresh green juices (broccoli, cabbage, cucumber and celery.) A diet rich in live foods is a sure way to stay healthy all year long.

·Cut out sugar. Sugar suppresses the immune system and causes disease. Today there are so many wonderful healthy alternatives such as agave nectar and xylitol that it is totally unnecessary to ever consume sugar.

·Deal with emotional stress. Anger and stress suppress the immune system. Yoga, meditation, counselling, natural therapies and plant medicines can transform stress and help you live with abundant health in mind and body.

·Get plenty of sleep. A lack of sleep suppresses the immune system, but is a reality for millions of people. Find ways to make life less hectic so that you have more time to catch those zzzzs.

Yeah, I've never gotten a flu shot. I just don't trust em, and don't think it's necessary. I think a lot of it is mental, anyway, and ultimately paranoia reigns supreme for most Americans and drives them to get one.

Like is said already, mercury may not be in just the flu shots.
I don't know this for a fact but it's possible that all vaccines
or shots of any kind could have mercury in them.

It would be nice if someone that does tests on drugs, could
start checking out various shot form drugs to see if they contain
mercury as a preservative.
