Wow! I'm amazed he lived to 102!! That speaks volumes in itself. This guy obviously used LSD pretty heavily at some points in his life and yet he lived longer than most people who never touch drugs at all. LSD must not be bad for you at all. Maybe it's even good for you.

a very nice life.

Meanwhile, the military was feeding this stuff to their troops
under the guise of testing.

Ok I know for a fact that LSD is a dangerous mind altering drug. People made the drug in an experiment and the military used it to get information out of their enemies in WW2 and also used it as a form of torture.

He also invented hydergine, which is known to extend life and is often used to treat aging in the brain.
