Clouds are seen with rainbow colors in them
30 mins before the earthquake hit. Is this the work
of project haarp or is there another explanation?

I haven't heard of the HAARP before now (Although I have heard stories about weather-controlling devices, just nothing specifically).

Watched the videos (but I couldn't understand the first one, it was in Chinese) and haven't come to a solid conclusion on the situation yet.

But I am curious though, even if it WAS proven that HAARP was behind it, why would they target China? And what kind of damage exactly did the Earthquake cause (Would it have harmed China's infrastructure? Just a political warning? Or what?).

Your suppose to be looking at the rainbow effect on the clouds.

From what i read, 30 mins or so before some disaster strikes, like
an earthquake, the clouds begin showing up in different colors.
This is a sign that project haarp is up and running.


Your second question is a bit more harder to answer but i would
guess for 2 reasons.

1. China has a very strong military force and america is afraid they
are turning their sights on us to make war.

2. By trying to aide china with disaster relief such as food, clothing
so on and so on, china may look at us being their friend - thus
preventing a war with them. Right now, they could probably kick our
butts really good.

There may be other reasons so if i find out anything, i'll post them.

But even if those were the true reasons, are the Chinese Government in on it too (on a global scale, and taking part in the conspiracy, that is)?

And what role does this play in the global scheme of things? I don't think the mass population (Chinese or American citizens included) would really believe that the Government is behind the weather conditions.

Which is why I think no. 2 is much more likely, as we've already seen through other natural disaster relief like Hurricane Katrina or the 2004 Tsunami, or just general relief to war-torn countries like Afghanistan.

I really wouldn't know but it's highly unlikely that that chinese are
involved in it. They probably know america had something to do with
it though but they can't prove a thing.

I'm sure if people like us know about the haarp project then they to
know about it. Thank-you you-tube. The problem would be getting
the general public to believe america has this kind of technology as you
say.

I'm not saying for sure this was americas fault but the evidence strongly
points toward us.

The tech info on haarp did say when it is activated it changes the cloud
coloring - minutes before a disaster strikes so i can only go by that for
now. Ask yourself this: When is the last time you have ever seen a multi-
colored cloud? I've never seen one until today as seen in the video.

So you're saying the Chinese gov't has no role in the upcoming NWO or grand role of things? Or that they just don't have a role in this specific event (the Earthquake manipulation)?

Well, I have seen non white clouds before, like during sunsets and what-not, but I don't know about the clouds that were specifically shown in that video.

I'm saying that i don't think they had anything to do
with the earthquake.

I could see them killing off their population because china is really
over-populated but i can't see them destroying all that property.

I believe china and russia are in talks right now or in the near future
about their nuclear missiles. Bush and boys are worried about them
talks, probably because they are afraid china and russia will teams
up together, against the usa.
