Conspiracy Lurker

The Economist is one of the most credible newspapers of the last century and a half. The name is a bit misleading, and despite the authoritative place in the media ... they run lighter stories from time to time. One covered the market rules that apply to the price of hired murder.
They looked into Google data, accurate to yesterday, and ranked the words and phrases that are searched for most often with the word conspiracy in the query. The results are interesting, and not quite what you'd expect: Conspiracy theories | The hidden hand | Economist.com |

You're right, there are many on that list I did not suspect, however 9/11 is one them. It occurred during the information age and many people are probably still looking for answers on just what happened that day.
Pertaining to Google, I wonder if there's any specific queries they intentionally left off the list, or why the query *had* to have the term "conspiracy" within it. |
