That is already being implemented in the usa. Not for foreign
workers but for it's citizens. They already put metal strips in
all our new money. Same thing with your drivers license. Right
now it is just being used to track you and the monies location
but starting next may, we all are suppose to be mandatorily
made to get a national id card. From what i heard, it's going to
hold all your personal information, eventually.
