What do you mean by "not being any worse"? If they did become legalized, more people would have access to them, and people would probably be more willing to try them out, more people getting high, etc.

. But doesn't being spaced out on the road make it "Less Safe" for everyone? You wouldn't have as much control, etc. in a similar fashion to drunk drivers.
